We founded Neddi in 2020 with a clear mission: to help teachers and students use technology to create truly personal learning journeys. Backed by the Addito Foundation, we built our platform with classrooms in mind, focusing on real educational needs.
Strategic Shift
In 2022, we made a strategic shift, when Lære, Norway’s leading distributor of learning materials, reached out. They had just doubled their revenue to €100 million in 2 years after they had built and launched a market leading platform evolving from a traditional book retailer to reach the new digital market.
But they wanted more: a platform that could make an even bigger impact - scale internationally and deliver real value also to teachers, students, and parents. Lære didn’t just partner with us, they invested in us.
The Future of Learning
Together, we merged our platform into something bigger: a modular, scalable system not only for Lære, but for partners worldwide. One of the main drivers for this transformation was a clear demand from other international players who wanted a solution like Lære’s.
Today, that new platform has been sold to partners with presence in several European countries.
